Na jehlic\u00edch jsou p\u0159\u00edtomny v r\u016fzn\u00e9 intenzit\u011b \u010derven\u00e9 pruhy a v nich acervuli \u2013 plodnice anamorfn\u00edho st\u00e1dia. \u010cerven\u00e9 zbarven\u00ed zp\u016fsobuje p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00fd dothistromin a nejn\u00e1padn\u011bji p\u016fsob\u00ed v jarn\u00edm obdob\u00ed, kdy jsou tyto p\u0159\u00edznaky nejv\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Posti\u017eeny jsou nejstar\u0161\u00ed jehlice a p\u0159i siln\u00e9 infekci se mohou tvo\u0159it tzv. &#8222;lv\u00ed ocasy&#8220;, kdy zelen\u00e9 jsou pouze ra\u0161\u00edc\u00ed jehlice na zkr\u00e1cen\u00e9m pr\u00fdtu a star\u0161\u00ed jehlici jsou odum\u0159el\u00e9 a reziv\u011bhn\u011bd\u011b zbarven\u00e9. Intenzita opad\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed jehlic je u jednotliv\u00fdch hostitel\u016f velmi prom\u011bnliv\u00e1. Nap\u0159.: borovice \u010dern\u00e1, b. kle\u010d a b. t\u011b\u017ek\u00e1 dr\u017e\u00ed napaden\u00e9 jehlice dlouho na pr\u00fdtu, kde\u017eto b. lesn\u00ed opad\u00e1v\u00e1 okam\u017eit\u011b po zreziv\u011bn\u00ed a naj\u00edt u n\u00ed na strom\u011b jehlice s acervuli je velmi obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9.&nbsp; <br>Acervuli jsou myceli\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fatvary s kr\u00e1tk\u00fdmi konidiofory tvo\u0159\u00edc\u00ed se pod poko\u017ekou jehlice, p\u0159i dozr\u00e1n\u00ed zvedaj\u00ed kutikulu, ta postupn\u011b prask\u00e1 a ven se uvol\u0148uje \u010dern\u00e1 hmota obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed konidie. Konidie jsou dlouze vl\u00e1knit\u00e9, hyalinn\u00ed, s&nbsp;1-5 (7) p\u0159ehr\u00e1dkami, s hladk\u00fdm povrchem (vel. 8-40 \u00d7 1,8-3 \u00b5m). Krom\u011b konidi\u00ed se tvo\u0159\u00ed synanamorfa <em>Asteromella, <\/em>kter\u00e1 je poznateln\u00e1 pouze pod mikroskopem podle velmi drobn\u00fdch \u010dern\u00fdch spermogoni\u00ed (vel. 1-3 \u00b5m). Pohlavn\u00ed st\u00e1dium <em>Mycosphaerella pini <\/em>nebylo na \u00fazem\u00ed \u010cR zat\u00edm potvrzeno. <br>P\u0159\u00edznaky prim\u00e1rn\u00ed leto\u0161n\u00ed infekce se projevuj\u00ed v z\u00e1vislosti na pr\u016fb\u011bhu po\u010das\u00ed zpo\u010d\u00e1tku pouze jako \u017elut\u00e9 skvrny na zelen\u00fdch jehlic\u00edch v letn\u00edm obdob\u00ed. Tyto skvrny postupn\u011b p\u0159ech\u00e1z\u00ed do hn\u011bd\u00e9ho a\u017e \u010derven\u00e9ho zbarven\u00ed a v nich se tvo\u0159\u00ed prvn\u00ed acervuli. Jehlice pak odum\u00edraj\u00ed sm\u011brem od \u0161pi\u010dky a b\u00e1ze z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed zelen\u00e9. K jejich celkov\u00e9mu odum\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed doch\u00e1z\u00ed na podzim anebo a\u017e na ja\u0159e. Na konci vegetace se krom\u011b \u010derven\u00fdch pruh\u016f na odum\u0159el\u00fdch jehlic\u00edch vyskytuj\u00ed drobn\u00e9 \u010dern\u00e9 skvrny. Intenzita a projevy symptom\u016f jsou velmi rozd\u00edln\u00e9 u jednotliv\u00fdch hostitel\u016f. Rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed pro pozitivn\u00ed identifikaci patogenu je p\u0159\u00edtomnost acervul\u00ed s konidiemi. Jedn\u00e1 se p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b o plant\u00e1\u017ee v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edch stromk\u016f, okrasn\u00e9 v\u00fdsadby, d\u0159eviny max. do 20 let v\u011bku, v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u011b star\u0161\u00ed. Velmi rizikov\u00fd je z hlediska \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed sadebn\u00ed materi\u00e1l ve \u0161kolk\u00e1ch. Pro lesnictv\u00ed je povoleno ve \u0161kolk\u00e1ch a v\u00fdsadb\u00e1ch chemick\u00e9 o\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed fungicidy v term\u00ednu od pol. V., opakovan\u011b po 10 a\u017e 14 dnech. V\u00fdb\u011br fungicid\u016f viz Registr p\u0159\u00edpravk\u016f na ochranu rostlin. Z ostatn\u00edch opat\u0159en\u00ed lze doporu\u010dit vy\u017e\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed bu\u0159en\u011b, odstran\u011bn\u00ed spodn\u00edch napaden\u00fdch v\u011btv\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1sahy, kter\u00e9 umo\u017en\u00ed proud\u011bn\u00ed vzduchu na lokalit\u011b.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\">\n#foogallery-gallery-3077 .fg-image { width: 365px;
