P.H.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SYNONYMUM:<\/strong> <em>Coniosporium corticale<\/em> Ellis &amp; Everh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HOSTITELSK\u00c9 D\u0158EVINY:<\/strong> javor klen (<em>Acer\npseudoplatanus<\/em>), j. ml\u00e9\u010d (<em>A.\nplatanoides<\/em>)\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SYMPTOMY A BIONOMIE:<\/strong> n\u00e1padn\u00fdmi symptomy jsou \u010dern\u00e1 rozlit\u00e1 stromata zano\u0159en\u00e1 pod k\u016frou na b\u00e1zi d\u0159evin. Zpo\u010d\u00e1tku jen men\u0161\u00ed rozlit\u00e9 skvrny, pozd\u011bji rozprost\u0159en\u00e9 po cel\u00e9m obvodu kmene a dosahuj\u00edc\u00ed do r\u016fzn\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ky. Do hostitele se patogen dost\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159es poran\u011bn\u00ed k\u016fry a \u0159ezn\u00e9 r\u00e1ny, ol\u00e1man\u00e9 v\u011btve, po pr\u016fniku se \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed vodiv\u00fdmi pletivy. Velmi \u010dasto je infekce latentn\u00ed, zpo\u010d\u00e1tku se neprojevuje, a ani si ji nev\u0161imneme, a\u017e pozd\u011bji pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b vlivem stresuj\u00edc\u00edch faktor\u016f p\u0159ech\u00e1z\u00ed do patogenn\u00ed f\u00e1ze s&nbsp;n\u00e1padn\u00fdmi symptomatick\u00fdmi projevy. \u010casto je tato f\u00e1ze doprov\u00e1zen\u00e1 prosych\u00e1n\u00edm koruny, p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00fdm opadem list\u016f, k\u016fra se v&nbsp;m\u00edst\u011b po\u0161kozen\u00ed odchlipuje a prask\u00e1. Pod n\u00ed se tvo\u0159\u00ed sazovit\u00e9 povlaky tzv. stromata, kter\u00e9 obsahuj\u00ed konidie nar\u016fstaj\u00edc\u00ed na konidioforech. Konidiemi se za vlhk\u00e9ho a v\u011btrn\u00e9ho po\u010das\u00ed patogen \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed na dal\u0161\u00ed hostitele. K&nbsp;\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 i hmyz, pt\u00e1ci a v&nbsp;zahrani\u010dn\u00ed literatu\u0159e uv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9 veverky. Doporu\u010duje se tyto cel\u00e9 stromy odstranit\na zamezit tak \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed na dal\u0161\u00ed d\u0159eviny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MO\u017dNOST Z\u00c1M\u011aNY:<\/strong> v&nbsp;sou\u010dasnosti sice nejsou potvrzen\u00e9 z\u00e1m\u011bny s&nbsp;jin\u00fdmi patogeny, ale z\u00e1m\u011bna je mo\u017en\u00e1 v&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b n\u011bkter\u00fdch dal\u0161\u00edch hub vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00edc\u00edch tmav\u00e1 stromata, pak je doporu\u010deno mikroskopick\u00e9 \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\">\n#foogallery-gallery-4279 .fg-image { width: 365px;
