K\u0159\u00eddla jsou relativn\u011b \u00fazk\u00e1, s rozp\u011bt\u00edm 35\u201370 mm. Typick\u00e9 je \u0161est v\u00fdrazn\u00fdch \u010dernomodr\u00fdch skvrn na hrudi. Tykadla jsou kr\u00e1tk\u00e1, u samic pilovit\u00e1 u samc\u016f od poloviny dvojit\u011b h\u0159ebenit\u00e1. Housenka je m\u00edrn\u011b zplo\u0161t\u011bl\u00e1, b\u011blav\u011b \u017elutav\u00e1 a\u017e \u017elut\u00e1 s\u00a0nepravideln\u00fdmi hn\u011bd\u00fdmi skvrnami.
