Hlava a \u0161t\u00edt jsou kovov\u011b tmav\u011b zelen\u00e9 a\u017e \u010dern\u00e9. \u0160t\u00edt je po stran\u00e1ch \u017elut\u011b nebo \u010dervenav\u011b lemovan\u00fd. Krovky jsou sl\u00e1mov\u011b \u017elut\u00e9 nebo oran\u017eov\u011b na\u010dervenal\u00e9. Na ka\u017ed\u00e9 krovce je 10 podlouhl\u00fdch tmav\u00fdch skvrn, z\u00a0nich\u017e n\u011bkter\u00e9 mohou spl\u00fdvat. Na krovkov\u00e9m \u0161vu je v\u00fdrazn\u00fd \u010dern\u00fd lem. Larvy jsou \u0161edav\u011b b\u011blav\u00e9 s\u00a0mno\u017estv\u00edm \u010dern\u00fdch plo\u0161ek a bradavek. Hlava, nohy a \u0161t\u00edtek na p\u0159edohrudi jsou \u010dern\u00e9. Zdr\u017euj\u00ed se na l\u00edcn\u00ed stran\u011b list\u016f, kter\u00e9, nej\u010dast\u011bji od okraj\u016f, o\u017e\u00edraj\u00ed. Oplodn\u011bn\u00e9 sami\u010dky kladou na spodn\u00ed stranu list\u016f skupiny vaj\u00ed\u010dek. Po ukon\u010den\u00ed rozmno\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed brouci hynou. Mlad\u00e9 larvy se zdr\u017euj\u00ed na spodn\u00ed stran\u011b list\u016f, kde vy\u017e\u00edraj\u00ed hromadn\u011b plo\u0161ky ve spodn\u00ed poko\u017ece list\u016f. Pozd\u011bji se rozl\u00e9zaj\u00ed po listech, kter\u00e9 skeletuj\u00ed nebo d\u011bruj\u00ed. Dorostl\u00e9 larvy se kukl\u00ed na spodn\u00ed stran\u011b list\u016f, kam se zade\u010dkem p\u0159ilep\u00ed. Celkov\u00e1 doba v\u00fdvoje je asi 35 dn\u00ed. Mlad\u00ed brouci se objevuj\u00ed od poloviny \u010dervna. O\u017e\u00edraj\u00ed listy vrb a p\u0159i holo\u017e\u00edru po\u0161kozuj\u00ed i\u00a0pupeny a jemnou k\u016fru mlad\u00fdch v\u00fdhonk\u016f. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V\u00ddZNAM DRUHU:<\/strong> mandelinka dvacetite\u010dn\u00e1 napad\u00e1 stromy r\u016fzn\u00e9ho st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed.
