Nemaj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 v\u00fdrazn\u00e1 pruhov\u00e1n\u00ed ani skvrny, v\u011bt\u0161inou zm\u011bna barvy jehlice je jednolit\u00e1. U smrku je posti\u017een termin\u00e1l a p\u0159ilehl\u00e9 vrcholov\u00e9 letorosty, u borovice ne v\u017edy posti\u017een\u00ed za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 u termin\u00e1lu. N\u00e1sledn\u00fd opad jehlic u smrku je daleko v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a jeho pr\u016fb\u011bh je i rychlej\u0161\u00ed, v\u011bt\u0161inou jednor\u00e1zov\u00fd. U borovice k&nbsp;opadu nemus\u00ed ihned doch\u00e1zet. U semen\u00e1\u010dk\u016f ve \u0161kolk\u00e1ch jsou p\u0159\u00edznaky&nbsp; posti\u017een\u00ed rozvinut\u00e9 na cel\u00e9 rostlin\u011b, kter\u00e1 cel\u00e1 uhyne a na z\u00e1honech se tvo\u0159\u00ed zreziv\u011bl\u00e1 ohniskov\u00e1 kola. Pupeny posti\u017een\u00fdch borovic nera\u0161\u00ed a v\u011bt\u0161inou zcela odum\u00edraj\u00ed. U smrku m\u016f\u017eeme pozorovat pokusy o revitalizaci rostliny a to hlavn\u011b v&nbsp;n\u00e1sledn\u00e9m jarn\u00edm obdob\u00ed, kdy za p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fdch podm\u00ednek se opadan\u00e9 termin\u00e1ly sna\u017e\u00ed o znovu vyra\u0161en\u00ed. Typick\u00e9 jsou pyknidy vyr\u016fstaj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na k\u016f\u0159e v\u00fdhonk\u016f a i na jehlic\u00edch, zpo\u010d\u00e1tku na jejich b\u00e1zi. Dal\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edznakem jsou rakovinn\u00e9 deformace zdu\u0159eniny, r\u00e1ny a praskliny, kter\u00e9 jsou dob\u0159e patrn\u00e9 na dvoulet\u00fdch a star\u0161\u00edch v\u011btvi\u010dk\u00e1ch. Trhliny jsou ve sm\u011bru pod\u00e9ln\u00e9m, vypln\u011bny \u010dernou z\u00e1valovou hmotou. Na okraj\u00edch ran vyr\u016fstaj\u00ed ve skupink\u00e1ch nahlou\u010den\u00e9 \u010dern\u00e9 kulovit\u00e9 pyknidy a jsou \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b pono\u0159en\u00e9 v&nbsp;epidermis, vel. 0,5 &#8211; 2 mm v&nbsp;pr\u016fm\u011bru. Pyknidy u napaden\u00fdch borovic maj\u00edc\u00ed \u017eiv\u00e1 pletiva obsahuj\u00ed na povrchu ml\u00e9\u010dn\u011b b\u00edlou tekutinu, obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed konidie. Po ulo\u017een\u00ed do vlhk\u00e9 kom\u016frky se takto projevuj\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161inou hned n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed den a asi po dvou dnech exud\u00e1d zasych\u00e1 a miz\u00ed. U such\u00fdch v\u011btvi\u010dek se b\u00edl\u00fd exud\u00e1d ji\u017e netvo\u0159\u00ed. U smrku jsou pyknidy \u010dern\u00e9 s&nbsp;jednolit\u00fdm povrchem. Konidie jsou obsa\u017een\u00e9 ve velk\u00e9m po\u010dtu, v\u0159etenovit\u00e9, prot\u00e1hl\u00e9, m\u00edrn\u011b esovit\u011b prohnut\u00e9, hyalinn\u00ed, p\u0159ehr\u00e1dkat\u00e9. Z&nbsp;hlediska velikosti a po\u010dtu p\u0159ehr\u00e1dek se rozli\u0161uje&nbsp; <em>Brunchorstia pinea var. pinea<\/em>, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 konidie s 2-3 p\u0159ehr\u00e1dkami a velikost\u00ed 28 &#8211;&nbsp; 48 \u00d7 2,5 &#8211; 3,5 \u00b5m p\u0159eva\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed u smrku&nbsp; a <em>Brunchorstia pinea var. cembrae<\/em> s 5 \u2013 7 p\u0159ehr\u00e1dkami a velikosti a\u017e 68 \u2013 73 \u00d7 2,5- 3,5&nbsp; \u00b5m vyskytuj\u00edc\u00ed se u borovice. Apothecia \u2013 teleomorfn\u00ed plodnice vyr\u016fstaj\u00ed na tmav\u00e9m stromatu. Jejich velikost je v&nbsp;such\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed asi 1 mm. Pronikaj\u00ed ve skupin\u00e1ch protrhnut\u00edm peridermu. Za sucha jsou kulovit\u00e9, za vlhka se otev\u00edraj\u00ed a maj\u00ed a\u017e 3 mm v&nbsp;pr\u016fm\u011bru, jejich povrch je slizk\u00fd. V\u0159ecka jsou&nbsp; kyjovit\u00e9ho tvaru, askospory hyalin\u00ed, 3- 4 bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9,&nbsp; vel. 15-20 \u00d7 3 &#8211; 4,5 \u00b5m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\">\n#foogallery-gallery-3146 .fg-image { width: 560px; Vzhledem k dvoulet\u00e9mu infek\u010dn\u00edmu cyklu tmav\u00e9 pyknidy nar\u016fstaj\u00ed a\u017e na mrtv\u00fdch v\u00fdhonech a jsou \u010dasto p\u0159ehl\u00ed\u017eeny na \u010dern\u00e9 k\u016f\u0159e v\u00fdhon\u016f &nbsp;borovice, pop\u0159. jsou such\u00e9 v\u00fdhony odstran\u011bny.
