Rohde) Petr. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HOSTITELSK\u00c9 D\u0158EVINY:<\/strong><em> <\/em>douglaska tisolist\u00e1 (<em>Pseudotsuga menziesii<\/em>) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SYMPTOMY A BIONOMIE: <\/strong>typick\u00fdmi symptomy je propad\u00e1n\u00ed&nbsp; jehlic, kter\u00e9mu p\u0159edch\u00e1z\u00ed \u017eloutnut\u00ed a\u017e hn\u011bdnut\u00ed sm\u011brem od \u0161pi\u010dek jehlic, v\u011bt\u0161inou se jedn\u00e1 o spodn\u00ed patra d\u0159evin a postupn\u011b v&nbsp;z\u00e1vislosti na hustot\u011b porostu stoup\u00e1 tento propad i v\u00fd\u0161e. V prvn\u00edm roce vzniku infekce doch\u00e1z\u00ed k&nbsp;m\u00edrn\u00e9mu a nev\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu mramorov\u00e1n\u00ed jehlic. V jehlic\u00edch je p\u0159\u00edtomno pouze mycelium prorostl\u00e9 palis\u00e1dov\u00fdm parenchymem. Teprve v&nbsp;n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm roce v&nbsp;kv\u011btnu a\u017e \u010dervnu se v&nbsp;m\u00edst\u011b pr\u016fduch\u016f na rubu jehlice objevuj\u00ed \u010dern\u00e1, velmi drobn\u00e1 psedothecia (0,1&nbsp;mm), nar\u016fstaj\u00ed na je\u0161t\u011b zelen\u00fdch jehlic\u00edch. Pozd\u011bji jehlice intenzivn\u011bji \u017eloutnou a hn\u011bdnou sm\u011brem od \u0161pi\u010dky k&nbsp;b\u00e1zi a opad\u00e1vaj\u00ed. Pseudothecia obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed kyjovit\u00e1 v\u0159ecka s&nbsp;dvoubun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdmi askosporami.
