Pokud je infekce siln\u00e1, termin\u00e1ln\u00ed pupen odum\u00edr\u00e1 a bo\u010dn\u00ed pupen p\u0159eb\u00edr\u00e1 jeho funkci, pokud je infekce slab\u00e1, doch\u00e1z\u00ed k \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9mu prora\u0161en\u00ed, ale v\u00fdhony jsou zdeformovan\u00e9 a v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed zim\u011b namrzaj\u00ed. Na napaden\u00fdch mrtv\u00fdch pupenech vyr\u016fst\u00e1 \u010dern\u00e9 stroma a v n\u011bm plodnice. Nejd\u0159\u00edve nar\u016fst\u00e1 konidiov\u00e9 anamorfn\u00ed st\u00e1dium &nbsp;<em>Megaloseptoria mirabilis, <\/em>co\u017e jsou \u010dern\u00e9, povrchov\u00e9 pyknidy s konidiemi. Plodnice teleomorfn\u00edho st\u00e1dia jsou pseudothecia podobn\u00e9 velikosti i barvy, na povrchu jsou hladk\u00e1, se silnou st\u011bnou. Obsahuj\u00ed v\u0159ecka s v\u0159etenovit\u00fdmi, mnohobun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdmi askosporami. Oba typy plodnic najdeme po celou vegeta\u010dn\u00ed sez\u00f3nu, konidie jsou aktivn\u00ed po celou tuto dobu, ale askospory pouze na konci l\u00e9ta a na podzim. Podle frekvence v\u00fdskytu napaden\u00fdch pupen\u016f doch\u00e1z\u00ed k opadu v\u0161ech ro\u010dn\u00edk\u016f jehlic a kompletn\u00edmu odum\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch v\u011btv\u00ed a cel\u00fdch d\u0159evin. V\u011bt\u0161inou se tak d\u011bje po n\u011bkolikalet\u00e9 po sob\u011b n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed infekci, kde se d\u0159eviny vys\u00edl\u00ed a sp\u00edc\u00ed pupeny nesta\u010d\u00ed vyra\u0161it a vytvo\u0159it n\u00e1hradn\u00ed asimila\u010dn\u00ed apar\u00e1t. V n\u011bkter\u00fdch monokultur\u00e1ch se tak d\u011bje b\u011bhem 2 a\u017e 3 let.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V\u00ddZNAM A OCHRANA:<\/strong> v\u00fdskyt je popisov\u00e1n ve \u0161kolk\u00e1ch a na plant\u00e1\u017e\u00edch v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edch stromk\u016f. V posledn\u00edch deseti letech byl zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd v\u00fdskyt zaznamen\u00e1n v Kru\u0161n\u00fdch hor\u00e1ch v smrkov\u00fdch monokultur\u00e1ch smrku pichlav\u00e9ho (<em>P. pungens<\/em>), m\u00e9n\u011b na obdobn\u00fdch lokalit\u00e1ch v Orlick\u00fdch hor\u00e1ch a tak\u00e9 v Jizersk\u00fdch hor\u00e1ch. Ochrana ve \u0161kolk\u00e1ch je doporu\u010dena v likvidaci napaden\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9m opakovan\u00e9m pou\u017eit\u00ed fungicid\u016f. U smrkov\u00fdch monokultur je podle stupn\u011b po\u0161kozen\u00ed nutn\u00e9 uva\u017eovat o jejich rekonstrukci, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvat smrk ztepil\u00fd, kter\u00fd se jev\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b n\u00e1chyln\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\">\n#foogallery-gallery-5165 .fg-image { width: 365px;
